I have always wanted to go to Russia.  I don't know why, I can't explain it, but for some reason I am attracted to the Russian way of life.  Perhaps it's the grand architecture, the Cyrilic alphabet or the hospitable (and unconventional) Russian people.

During my week in Russia I visited Moscow, Novgorod and St Petersburg whilst taking in as much of the countryside as possible along the way.  Because the 'Russian Experience' was so good I am planning to go back in the future to do the Trans-Siberian railway.
