My love of rallying started from a
young age when I used to help my Dad marshall the then
called RAC Lombard Rally. There was nothing better
than standing in a forest in the Welsh winter watching
cars fly by. For me, the eighties was the golden
era of rallying with the Lancia Delta Integrale's, Opel
Manta's and Audi Quattro's, to name but a few, setting
times that would test today's modern cars.
Every year I make the short flight
over to the Isle of Man to help the Manx Rally Results
Team (called Dealer Team Shambles) with their officiating.
A full write up from my rally diary
will appear here in due course along with a photo gallery.
